We are continually growing and expanding our programs and services to best address the special needs of the children of Bucks County from birth to age 21. Bucks County is home to more than 96,000 public and private school students in over 270 schools, served by more than 9,000 educators. As an educational service agency, we strive to ensure the optimal growth of all learners with innovative opportunities for academic growth and achievement.
Specialized Instruction
The Bucks IU proudly provides specialized instruction in support of those with autism, emotional support needs, and multiple disabilities.
SCHOOL and DISTRICT REFERRAL FORM (PowerSchool login required)
Child and Student Services
Through the Individuals with Disability Education Act (IDEA), the Bucks IU is the non-competitive, sole source provider of these services to students with disabilities as contracted through the individual school districts in Bucks County.
